Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a local fulfillment center. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, ensuring timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

You’ll lead a team, support cross-functional tasks, and help improve overall quality and customer satisfaction. Flexibility with shifts and a proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jack/hand truck.
• Food handling certificate (training provided by DoorDash) is required.
• Experience in food & beverage, warehouse, or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts, oversee warehouse and kitchen processes, and safeguard inventory and assets.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and communicate with customers when issues arise.
• Lead Operations Associates to work safely and productively and serve as escalation point for daily operations.
• Support both warehouse and kitchen tasks and model professional, respectful interactions with teammates and customers.
• Suggest ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
