Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support hospital leadership to develop an efficient, productive team providing high quality care.
• Follow Banfield protocols to achieve practice priorities while building culture and brand.
• Oversee daily supervision of the team to ensure quality medical care and exceptional client service.
• Educate clients about Optimum Wellness Plans and preventive care; resolve client issues.
• Assist in scheduling associates to meet client needs and plan CE scheduling.
