Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to support the hospital leadership, supervising the team and ensuring delivery of quality care and exceptional client service. Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be available to work weekend and evening shifts.
• Must be comfortable working in an environment with loud noise and strong smells.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of the team when called upon and assist the Practice Manager or ACOS to maximize productivity and profitability of the hospital.
• Provide professional, efficient and exceptional client service while ensuring quality medical care and associate engagement.
• Assist in scheduling associates to meet client needs and plan time off and CE scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all practice policies and dress and grooming guidelines.
