Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise the veterinary team and provide leadership across shifts. The role combines clinical paraprofessional duties with supervisory responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and excellent client care.

The position emphasizes leadership of the paraprofessional staff, adherence to hospital protocols, and coordination with Practice Manager and COS to maintain productivity and quality care for pets and clients.

• Familiarity with standard veterinary hospital procedures and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform paraprofessional duties as needed to support the veterinary team.
• Recruit and onboard clients and manage client flow for efficient service.
• Ensure high-quality care and client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with protocols.
