You will partner with the Practice Manager and COS to ensure effective communication with clients and teams, balancing leadership with hands-on support to maximize productivity and hospital profitability.

Qualifications

• Shift Lead duties include performing the roles of CSC and veterinary assistant/technician.
• Assist in coordinating paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership.
• Provide continuity and on-site leadership across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Balance leadership (approximately 20%) with paraprofessional duties (approximately 80%).
• Coordinate and guide paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership.
