Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Shift Lead to perform CSC duties and support veterinary staff across shifts. You will lead paraprofessionals, coordinate client flow, and ensure high-quality care while collaborating with Practice Manager and COS to maintain effective communication and hospital productivity.

Your role requires leadership, clinical support, and a commitment to the Five Principles to enhance client satisfaction and team performance.

Qualifications

• Two years experience (healthcare, veterinary profession, service-type industry) required, with six months experience at Banfield preferred.
• Associate’s degree or veterinary technician certification/licensure preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead paraprofessional staff and ensure hospital productivity and client care.
• Assist Practice Manager in staffing, scheduling and day-to-day supervision.
• Provide client education and uphold Banfield's Five Principles in all interactions.
