Job summary

MOD Super Fast Pizza, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards. You will guide the squad, ensure guest experiences, and support management on daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a mentor or trainer or informal leader.
• Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• At least 18 years old.
• Proven ability to follow and enforce processes and standards; coach others.
• Ability to stay calm in high volume periods.
• Must obtain food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and programs.
• Direct squad, ensure tasks are completed, and provide guidance and feedback to maintain MOD standards.
• Ensure safety and quality of food through proper use of MOD tools and procedures.
• Manage cash within the shift, including making change and processing refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed in coordination with the GM.
• Follow opening/midday/closing checklists and use available tools to meet requirements.
• Monitor and communicate information from MOD sources to squad members for effective performance.
