MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, train new hires, and uphold standards to deliver a premier MOD experience. You will guide the squad, provide feedback, and model MOD's purpose in every interaction, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth daily operations.

You will flex to needs of the restaurant, sometimes leading and sometimes executing tasks, while keeping the MOD experience at the forefront.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a minimum of one year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Must have demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer or informal leader.
• Have a proven ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Proven success in following and enforcing processes and standards; coaching with empathy.
• Have the ability to be a calming presence in periods of high volume.
• You must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of your start date or sooner where required by law.
• You should be proficient in written and oral communication.
• Have the ability to support restaurant hours working a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Lead the shift by ensuring the right squad member is in the right place and doing the right work.
• Train newly hired/promoted squad and support the team through new program rollouts.
• Ensure operating systems and equipment are maintained to meet restaurant goals.
• Use MOD tools and standards to ensure food safety in Back of House and Front of House.
• Listen, acknowledge, and address squad member and guest concerns; escalate as needed.
• Manage cash within the shift in an accurate and responsible manner.
• Take inventory and place orders as needed.
• Adhere to opening/midday/closing checklists and use tools to execute requirements.
• Regularly review email to stay updated on information from Slice and other sources.
