Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area seeks a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will train and coach associates, greet donors and customers, and uphold store standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors and customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift and ensure standards are met.
• Train and support associates for career growth within the organization.
• Maintain store appearance, safety policies, and accurate records.
