Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise store personnel, coach team members, and ensure excellent customer service. You will adhere to store SOPs, safety policies, and maintain store appearance while handling donor/customer interactions and resolving issues for a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED preferred.
• Prior retail experience or customer service/relations experience preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English; bilingual a plus.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation and communication.
• Available to work days, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift to meet operational standards.
• Develop, train, coach, and support store associates for career growth.
• Comply with agency policies and SOPs and safety procedures.
• Greet, assist, and provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Resolve complaints and communicate issues to the management team.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping to agency standards.
• Maintain company records and reports accurately and timely.
