Goodwill Industries of the Greater Chattanooga Area is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of donated merchandise and lead a team at our Chattanooga area stores. The role emphasizes strong customer service, staff development, and adherence to agency policies.

You will manage budgets, schedule staff, and ensure safe, clean, and compliant store operations while helping meet sales and production goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role overseeing 12+ employees in retail, manufacturing, production, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; bilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily donated merchandise operations in line with agency policies and budget goals.
• Hire, train, supervise, and motivate store staff to achieve sales and production targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain store appearance, safety, and security standards.
