Job summary

Chattanooga Goodwill Industries in Tullahoma, TN, seeks a full-time Shift Lead to supervise store personnel, handle customer service, and uphold safety and confidentiality standards. The role supports the organization’s mission with a focus on career growth opportunities and community impact.

You will coordinate daily operations, train staff, and ensure excellent donor and customer service. Strong English communication, basic MS Office skills, and prior retail or service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED completed, preferred.
• 6 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English; bilingual a plus.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Mission, Vision, and Values in daily actions.
• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift to meet standards.
• Develop, train, coach, and support store staff for career growth.
• Greet, assist, and provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with safety policies.
