Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with coaching team members to execute Brand standards and deliver guest service.
• Support Restaurant Manager in meeting goals and execution.
• Schedule shifts and manage inventory during the shift.
• Manage cash over/short and ensure compliance with cash handling policies.
• Oversee food safety standards and safety policies throughout the shift.
• Train and develop restaurant team members as needed.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to the team.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to team members.
