Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to open and close the store when management is unavailable, handling cash and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will process returns, refunds, and cash drops while assisting customers with products.

In addition to delivering a distinctive customer experience, you will support deliveries through backdoor access, help with pricing and signage, and maintain inventory accuracy across departments and stockrooms.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Engage customers and patients, greet them, and help with products to create a positive experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries through backdoor access and manage door security.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with pricing, signage, and basic store upkeep.
• Support displays, resets, and promotions while monitoring stock and overstock locations.
