Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable team member to open and close the store in the absence of management, perform cash handling, and ensure daily readiness of the sales floor and stock room.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• Arrest and conviction records will be considered.
• Valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store in absence of management and start-up systems, handle cash, prepare floor and stock room.
• Handle returns, refunds, voids, cash drops, and provide change as needed.
• Deliver a distinctive customer experience and model service best practices.
• Serve as liaison between management and team when management not present; communicate tasks and report issues.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing, backroom organization, and compliance with policies.
