Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to help open and close the store in the absence of management, manage required cash handling, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will handle returns, refunds, price changes, and assist with vendor deliveries while delivering a friendly, proactive customer experience.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Stores operations: holds keys and assists with vendor deliveries as needed, registers sales and handles pricing and signage.
