Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.

Responsibilities

• Opens/closes store in absence of management with required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, refunds, voids, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Manages back door access for deliveries and oversees opening/closing procedures.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and basic pricing/signage per policy.
• Supports displays, stock rotation, and collaboration with team members.
