Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles cash start-ups and deliveries.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services, resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Communicates tasks to team members when store management is not present and reports disciplinary issues to management.
