Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team-oriented individuals to support store operations, customer service, and daily management activities. You will open/close the store in management's absence, assist with customer needs, and help maintain inventory and displays while ensuring compliance with store policies.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Preferred: knowledge of store inventory control.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts, price changes, and displays to support pricing and product placement; assists with backroom and stockroom readiness.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, order reviews, and general store operations to support smooth business day.
