Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to cash registers.
• Engage customers and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Assist with vendor ordering and backdoor deliveries.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and pricing; ensure signage and regulatory compliance.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
• Ensure compliance with state laws regarding regulated products.
• Bag checks of team members and document issues.
• Train and coach team; communicate tasks when management is not present.
