Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to help operate the store in the absence of management, handle transactions, and ensure the floor and stock room are prepared for the business day. You will engage customers, resolve issues, and maintain accurate inventory and pricing across departments.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops to the safe.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and supports price changes and display revisions.
• Supports learning through training and shares service best practices with the team.
