Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles start-ups, cash handling and prepares floor and stock room for the day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Engages customers and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Models customer service best practices and assists with displays, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintains store systems, assists with vendor deliveries, and ensures regulatory compliance as required.
