Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to open and close the store when management is unavailable, manage cash handling, pricing, and backroom operations, and assist with vendor deliveries. You will engage customers, handle returns, provide support for displays, and help maintain inventory accuracy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of leadership or supervisory experience in retail, fluent English, and any required state

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising or leading in a retail setting.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Certification or license as required by state for pharmacy roles.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store in absence of management and manage cash handling.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and price verifications.
• Ensure clean, organized store and accurate inventory counts.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, displays, pricing, and backroom operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
