Job summary

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Supports stock room and floor readiness, including backdoor access for deliveries.
• Registers all sales on the assigned cash register and records scanning errors and price verifications.
