Qualifications

• Obtains and maintains valid PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and ensuring floor/stock room are ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products/services, resolving issues for a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members.
