Job summary

Walgreens in Huntersville, NC is seeking a customer-focused associate to support both Customer Experience and Operations. You will open and close the store when management isn’t available, handle cash, and ensure the floor and stockroom are ready for the business day, including opening the backdoor for deliveries.

You will greet customers, resolve questions, and process returns, refunds, and price adjustments.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to handle cash, refunds, and basic store operations.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Complete returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide changes.
• Model and deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and assist with products and services.
• Assist with training, supervising teammates, and communicating tasks.
• Maintain inventory counts, pricing, signage, and shelf displays.
• Ensure compliance with policies, backroom and stockroom readiness, and local regulations.
