Qualifications

• 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Available to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle cash.
• Process returns, refunds, and cash drops accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, pricing, and displays.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with policies.
• Serve as liaison between management and team when leadership is absent.
