Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greets customers and assists with products and services to resolve issues and ensure positive experiences.
• Communicates tasks to team members when management is not present and reports disciplinary issues to management.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, price changes, and proper signage; assists with displays and merchandising.
• Assists with bookkeeping activities, cash reports, and store maintenance as needed.
