• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups, cash handling, and preparing the floor and stock room for the day.
• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash handling tasks; provides change to registers and records transactions.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience and models best practices for the team.
