Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, handle required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Process returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive, delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolve issues for a positive experience.
• Maintain store keys, inventory counts, pricing, and signage; support backroom and stockroom readiness.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backdoor openings, and basic merchandising tasks.
