Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and proper pricing signage according to policies.
• Assists with cashier duties, store maintenance, and backroom processes as needed.
• Serves as liaison between management and team when store management is not present.
