Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Obtain/maintain required PTCB certification or state pharmacy license.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle start‑ups and cash handling.
• Process returns, voids, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, displays, and backroom operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
