Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management and handles cash systems.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Manage inventory counts, pricing, and store appearance to support accurate pricing and collaboration with the team.
• Assist with refunds, cash drops, and basic cashier reconciliation.
• Serve as a liaison between management and team when store management is not present.
