Walgreens in New York is seeking a Customer Experience Leader to support store operations and guest services. You will open/close the store in the absence of management, handle cash and returns, and help ensure a welcoming, efficient shopping environment.

You will engage customers, coach team members on service best practices, monitor inventory, pricing, and displays, and assist with vendor deliveries and back-room processes.

Formación

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsabilidades

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes cash drops, returns, refunds, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Coaches team members on customer service best practices and Walgreens service traits.
• Maintains store keys, assists with vendor deliveries, and supports back-room processes.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and timely pricing/signage per policies.
