Job summary

Walgreens in New York is seeking a store-level leader to open and close the store when management is not present, handle daily cash tasks, and ensure the floor and stock room are ready for business. You will model Walgreens customer service standards, coach team members on best practices, manage price changes and signage, and assist with vendor deliveries and backroom

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required cash systems.
• Completes returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive and delightful Walgreens experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and backroom operations, including stockroom organization and displays.
• Maintains accurate inventory, pricing signage, and compliance with local regulations.
