Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and handle required cash tasks.
• Complete returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and price changes with proper signage.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintain clean store and assist with displays and merchandising.
• Register sales and resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Support with order exceptions and reverse logistics.
