• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, displays, and backroom operations; support vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, pricing adjustments, and stock levels; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
