• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, resolves issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing, displays, and back-room organization.
