• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product refunds, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Engages customers to deliver a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members.
