Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Possession of PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including startup of systems and cash handling.
• Complete returns, voids, refunds, and cash drops; provide change as requested.
• Deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with vendor deliveries, backdoor access, pricing changes, and display development.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and proper stockroom organization.
• Support bookkeeping tasks, signage, and compliance with local regulations.
