Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management and ensure readiness.
• Handle cash, refunds, and daily cash drops.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and back door access.
• Maintain store cleanliness, pricing, and stocking to policy.
• Provide excellent customer experiences and resolve issues.
• Serve as liaison between management and team when management absent.
