Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store when management is absent, handles system start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets, assists with products and services, and resolves issues.
• Helps with vendor deliveries, pricing changes, and maintaining accurate shelf displays.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across departments, stockroom, and back stock areas.
• Supports basic bookkeeping tasks, cash reports, and ledgers as needed.
• Ensures compliance with policies and local regulations; supports maintenance and cleanliness.
