Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling; ensures floor and stock room ready for the business day.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets and assists with products and services; resolves issues to ensure positive experience.
• Keeps store keys for opening/closing when management is not present; assists with vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Registers sales accurately, records scanning errors and price verifications; supports pricing changes and signage as required.
• Participates in displays and merchandising, inventory counts, and basic housekeeping; contributes to clean, organized store conditions.
• Communicates tasks to team members in management’s absence and reports issues to supervision.
