Job summary

• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change to registers as needed.
• Manages customer experience by greeting customers and resolving questions to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and supports pricing and display setups across departments.
• Assists with vendor deliveries, backroom organization, and ensuring store cleanliness and order.
