O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of management; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include leading a team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervising showroom service levels, and ensuring timely processing of orders and transfers.

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom including execution of customer service programs and proper telephone handling.
• Ensure buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders are processed promptly and customers are notified on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the electronic ledger.
• Process merchandise returns and exchanges, issue refunds accurately, and stage returns correctly.
• Invoicing of all merchandise, core charges, and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clocking in/out.
