O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Answer telephone calls according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and according to procedure.
• Process returns and exchanges and issue refunds with the correct payment methods.
