O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership.

Responsibilities include leading the team in outstanding customer service, handling buy online/ship to store orders, processing returns, and ensuring accurate invoicing. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom, including execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure using the outside purchase ledger.
• Process returns and exchanges efficiently and refund correctly.
• Invoicing of all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and assign Image Maker and merchandising tasks as needed.
• Monitor work schedules; approve deviations; ensure clock-in/out per policy.
• Perform store opening/closing duties including day end procedures, deposits, and securing the building.
• All other duties as assigned.
