Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Managers.
• Lead store team members in customer service.
• Supervise retail showroom customer service levels.
• Ensure order processing and customer notifications.
• Handle retail customer returns efficiently.
• Perform store opening/closing duties.
