Zusammenfassung

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; the role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers while ensuring accurate processing of orders, returns, and store procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Aufgaben

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and transfers; contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases per procedure with proper ledgers.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed efficiently with correct refunds.
• Invoicing for all merchandise including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and proper clock-in/out.
