Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and leaders in delivering outstanding customer service and managing daily store operations. The role includes shift management in the absence of leadership and participation in merchandising and order processing.

Responsibilities extend to handling returns, invoicing, schedule adherence, and security procedures. Bilingual abilities are encouraged to apply, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills; ability to engage customers and team members.
• RSS Certification is required for this role.
• Spanish language fluency is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee store operations and perform shift management in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders, transfers, and DC add orders; contact customers on shipment arrivals.
